Littleton Ballet Academy

The Intermediate Division continues to develop the foundation of classical ballet, progressing through more advanced barre and center work and adding pointe work when age-appropriate and dancers are physically strong enough.

​​Ballet 4B
Intermediate class, beginning pointe level.

Four Ballet 4B classes per week required.  

Leotard color: burgundy

Tuition: $235/ month for unlimited ballet, conditioning, and one additional open class (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre)

Additional open class: $25 per month per type (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre)

​Ballet 4A
Intermediate class, pointe level.  Four Ballet 4A classes per week required. 

Leotard color: candy pink

Tuition: $235/month for unlimited ballet, conditioning, and one additional open class (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre)

Additional open class: $25 per month per type (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre)

Intermediate class, pointe level.  Four Ballet 5B classes per week required. Five classes per week highly recommended.

Leotard color: hunter green

Tuition: $273/month for unlimited ballet, conditioning, and one additional open class (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary)

Additional open class: $25 per month per type (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary)

Intermediate class, pointe level.  Four Ballet 5A classes per week required. Five classes per week highly recommended.

Tuition: $273/month for unlimited ballet, conditioning, character, and one additional open class (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary)

Additional open class: $25 per month per type (Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary)

 

Dress Code

All girls in Intermediate Division
Plain light pink convertible dance tights
Pink split sole ballet shoes with elastic strap

Hair for ballet should be worn back in a classical bun on the back of the head with a hair net or bun cover and secured with bobby pins.   Students with short hair should use a headband to keep hair off the face.

5A girls also need a black character skirt and black character shoes

Drawstrings need to be tucked into shoes.

Students should always wear street clothing over their ballet attire when coming to and from their classes.

Ballet shoes must never be worn outdoors as this tracks dirt into the studio 

No jewelry allowed except small earrings 

No legwarmers

No colored sports bras
